Sugar, for example, is known to be very unhealthy as it can lead to weight gain. But fruits and vegetables, on other hand, are good for us since they contain essential vitamins and minerals.

Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. It can also make us feel happier. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is a great way to increase strength.
